The second session of discussions concerning the replacement of the Tappan Zee Bridge will be held in the Palisades Center - the Adler Room on Thursday, October 28 from 4 to 9 pm.
They are looking for the public's input especially when it comes to the issue of public transportation and walking/biking lane.
